Is there a shared library for AI material?

Yes! The 'Documents' library is a collection of shared AI resources and is available firm-wide. Access the library on the GP AI Portal.

Features of the Document library

The ‘Documents‘ page of the firm’s AI Portal hosts the firm's shared library for AI-related reference material. You can both access existing documents and upload documents that you find useful. Features of the library include the following:

  • Browse or search existing documents; the search feature is able to decipher meaning in addition to keywords.

  • Upload documents by dragging files onto the page or using the upload button (files in the PDF and DOCX formats are supported).

  • Uploaded documents are indexed automatically; they therefore become searchable and available to the chat assistant.

  • Use the chat assistant on the Documents page to ask questions across the library; answers to your questions cite the source documents.

  • Sharing controls let you keep a document private, share it with a group, or make it available firm-wide.
